At our studio, we’ve taken this idea a step further through our collaboration with Kokroma. Along with a carefully styled photoshoot, selected babies also get the opportunity to be featured as models, turning a simple session into something more meaningful.

As part of this experience, we are also offering 5 additional photos and a styled outfit. This applies to newborn sessions, with consent required for marketing use.

The Cotton Baby x Aana Pictures Peekaboo Challenge is created with one simple idea to capture the most natural, joyful moments of early childhood.

In collaboration with Cotton Baby, the campaign invites parents to share their child’s most adorable “peekaboo” moment, turning a simple game into a beautiful storytelling experience. Designed for children aged 6 months to 5 years, the challenge encourages families to document real, unposed emotions laughter, surprise, and pure joy. Participants share their moments on social media, making everyday life feel a little more special.

Winners receive Cotton Baby outfits and a photoshoot experience with Aana Pictures, where the concept comes fully to life. The shoot focuses on natural interaction between parents and children, capturing genuine expressions rather than posed moments. What makes this collaboration meaningful is its purpose not just promoting brands, but creating memories that families can keep forever.

Sometimes, an idea doesn’t come from a brainstorm session. It comes from a moment that sits heavy with you.

For us, the purple ribbon campaign began after hearing about the Inisha BK case. Like many others, we felt a mix of anger, sadness, and helplessness. It was one of those moments where staying silent didn’t feel right anymore.

We kept asking ourselves a simple question: what can we do, even if it’s small?

That’s how the purple ribbon came in.

Purple has long been associated with dignity, justice, and strength. It felt like the right way to represent what we wanted to say not just grief for what happened, but support for women who continue to face unsafe spaces every day.

This campaign wasn’t meant to be loud or performative. It was meant to be visible. Something that sparks a question, starts a conversation, or simply reminds someone that people care. We created and shared the purple ribbon not just to react to one case, but to highlight a much bigger issue women’s safety is still not guaranteed, and that needs to change.

At the same time, we want to be careful. Awareness alone is not action. Posting, sharing, or wearing a ribbon is only a starting point. Real change comes from how we behave, how we speak up, and how we support those around us in everyday situations. This is our small step. Not a solution, not a statement that we’ve done enough just a beginning. If this campaign does anything, we hope it encourages more people to pause, reflect, and speak up when it matters.

Because it shouldn’t take another case for us to care.

This Women’s Day was a special one for all of us at Aanapictures. Aanapictures CEO Aashish sir surprised the team with beautiful flower bouquets and chocolates, a thoughtful gesture that instantly brightened our day.

Planning or booked a family photoshoot at AanaPictures? Here are some helpful tips to make sure your family photos come out beautifully! These tips are specific to AanaPictures, so they might differ from other studios.

1️⃣ Outfit Coordination 👗👔

Wearing traditional attire or casual clothes? Both work great. The most important thing is color coordination. When everyone’s colors harmonize, your photos look clean, elegant, and visually pleasing.

2️⃣ Makeup 💄

Basic makeup is recommended for everyone. It helps even before our retouching process. We provide first-edited photos (color correction, cropping) without skin retouching, so makeup ensures you still look great in those early shots.

3️⃣ Socks 🧦

Wear plain white socks. No logos, please! Logos (Puma, Adidas, Nike, etc.) can distract attention in photos.

4️⃣ Shoes 👞👡

Shoes are better than going barefoot, especially with formal or traditional outfits. Our studio has white floors and babies often crawl, so please bring clean shoes to keep the space tidy.

5️⃣ Arrive in Your Outfit 👕👗

Dressing 7–8 family members in the studio can take up to an hour! Arriving already dressed ensures more time for fun, relaxed photos. With babies, timing is even more important for meals and naps.

We recently had the pleasure of welcoming Anjali Magar, the popular Nepali YouTuber from Pokhara, to Aana Pictures Studio.

Following her friend's recommendation, she booked a post-wedding photoshoot that beautifully captured both the family and the couple.The session was filled with laughter, playful smiles, and candid little moments that made the day truly unforgettable.

At Aanapicture Studio, we took a short break from our routine to spend a refreshing day in nature.

Our team went on a hike to Shivapuri, enjoying fresh air, greenery, and peaceful surroundings. Walking together and sharing moments helped us reconnect beyond work.

The experience reminded us of the value of balance and teamwork. It left us feeling refreshed and inspired as we returned to the studio.

Aana Pictures has officially begun a collaboration with Vatsalya, Nepal’s leading IVF clinic. 

To mark the start of this partnership, we held a photo session and a flower presentation ceremony with Vatsalya’s Managing Director, Mr. Prashant Subedi, the Vatsalya's marketing team, and our Aana Pictures' team.
